"Obliging and considerate"

About: Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital

I visited the hospital in mid August 2017 following a nasty ankle sprain and possible fracture. Attended pre 9.00 am and although the injury could be assessed as minor, I was seen promptly and accurately assessed following an x ray. Treated with respect throughout and a very good impression made following my first visit to this modern and very recently built purpose built hospital. George Brown

Dear George,

I was sorry to hear about your nasty injury, however I’m so pleased we were able to treat you promptly. It is lovely to know that during your time in the hospital you were treated with respect and I am of course glad that we have made a good impression. Thank you for sharing your kind words with us, I will be sure to pass them onto the team involved in your care.

I do hope your ankle is getting better.

Best wishes,

Jessica
