"Annoyed"

I joined this practice about a year ago. Reception staff are good but under no circumstances they let you order meds over the phone. The only way I get appointments is if I go to the desk early morning.

Struggle to get my repeat medication as they want to know why I have it even though I've been on it years and the pharmacist has altered my medication the quantity and took it of repeat and discontinued it without me knowing, so struggling to get in to see doctor as I work full time. Eventually got an appointment with the locum gp which was useless asked about every medication. Even though it was on screen and then said they couldn't put it back on repeat until they asked another doctor , so two weeks later th still hasn't been corrected. The only way you can get your repeat medication is seeing a gp so I go see doctor every month , wasting an appointment just to get my medication!! Which is ridiculous ! It's not controlled medication either....

They need to sort stuff like this out otherwise it would be a good service all round
