"A and E visit with 7yr old son"

I bought my 7 year old son to A and E today, he was extremely distressed and I thought he may of broken hi wrist.

When there is so much negativity about the NHS, I wanted to share our positive experience today........., from arriving at 11.15am, greeted by a lovely receptionist, to receiving pain killers, an Xray to then have my son's wrist set in a cast, he was at all times treated with such care & every procedure explained to him in a way he would understand to keep him calm. All the staff were just amazing, I was thrilled that my son's first major hospital experience, went well considering and this I am in no doubt at all that was down to the staff today, please pass on my thanks.

We were out and done and dusted by 1.30pm, Thank you for a fantastic service.
