Admitted with extreme breathlessness. Very thorough In A & E. Extremely fortunate to be seen by the head of respiratory team. Kept in overnight to enable all tests to be completed & results obtained. Discharged next morning & subsequent follow up with the consultant.
My treatment throughout has been exemplary. I was given full explanations for all procedures & the consultant and team have been kind which is important when I was feeling extremely poorly & on my out patient appointments the team has been extremely courteous & friendly.
The consultant is able to strike a rapport with patients which enables them to relax & respond positively & this obviously is transmitted to their team.
