(as a service user),

I've used the service before, so when things got difficult for me again I didn't hesitate to go back. As before, I'm extremely glad I did. From what seemed a desperately hopeless situation I've found a way through. This was in conjunction with other forms of support but the counselling was a vital element for me. I am extremely grateful, my counsellor was brilliant.
