"Fantastic treatment and very considerate,..."

Burnt my arm and hand from the elbow to my knuckles lighting a bonfire with petrol which exploded when I lit it. I was in extreme pain that was the most intense pain I have ever experienced in my entire life. Attended A&E and was seen straight away. The nurse was very kind and soaked my arm and hand in cold water before applying a silicone burns dressing and bandaging it up. I was in so much pain I was given Entonox and the nurse called the doctor and arranged heavy duty pain killers for me which I was able to collect immediately. I took them and went home but was in such agony I returned to A&E and was then allowed to continue using the Entonox until the painkillers fully took effect. I have now been back and had the dressings changed twice and both times the staff and nurses have been extremely kind and helpful. I could not have asked for better service and I am extremely grateful to Haslemere A&E for taking such good care of me. The service and treatment was second to none and I truly could not have asked for more. In one word I would describe the entire experience as... Exceptional. Thank you very much!
