"Disgraceful."

Tansley ward - appalling. Never experienced such poor care and lack of compassion.

The ward is unsafe, understaffed and very dated.

The facilities are shocking, it's dirty, no proper access to drinking water and the nursing staff get annoyed when you ask for access to the kitchen.

Ward rounds? I'm not sure they know what that is. There are patients who have been there over a week who haven't even seen a doctor. Bad very bad!

The ward doctor who is possibly a temp - I don't even know where to begin! Absolutely shocking again.

The cqc would have a field day in that place.

Good things about the place. The recreation team are so caring and lovely.

Just a shame about the lack of care, compassion and dignity from most of the ward staff and doctor.

There is no communication, no patient involvement in there care. All of which is in the dhft motto.
