Waited nearly over 4 hours with my friend who had severe pains and in discomfort due to having too much acid in her stomach. The nurses and reception team were helpful especially giving her pain relief.
Just next time don't tell us a time as we got told an hour or under we waited twice as long.
The doctor called us and ignored us claiming we didn't say me when we did. They put us in a room which was disgusting it had white powder in a bowl with water which could of been chemicals and dangerous.
Spoke down to my friend, didn't listen, spoke over her.
Belittled her for smoking. And when they came up with suggestions such as pain relief we didn't get any. Said she might need a test for her gallstones and didn't offer it whilst we were there. Jusf referred her back to the GP and then took her needle where the bloods were taken out aggressively.
Waiting over 4 hours to have my friend treated like she was nothing is disgusting!
We wasted our times and left in anger.
