"Everything will be okay."

I wanted to write a review as I read so many negatives before going.

Firstly I would recommended this center for treatment to friends and family should they find themselves in the same situation.

The staff were friendly and respectful and I was seen and treated within a few hours.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is quite pathetic really, nothing they can really help I guess, firstly upon getting to the center the door was right at the front of the street for all to see, not sure why I was so bothered by this but you have to wait to be buzzed in so I didn't like that.

Secondly whilst waiting for my treatment I was sat in a room next to the theatre and could hear the treatment ahead being done (suction going, surgeon and staff talking), I work in the health care environment so this didn't bother me too much but for anyone who is new to this kind of place this could make them very nervous.

Thirdly before the treatment I was taken in and out of 3 different consultation rooms to have scans, consent that kind of thing, again for someone who is nervous I feel this process could be stream lined into one consultation.

Aftercare I could not fault, staff were very helpful and reassuring.

Hoping not to be in this position again but obviously if I ever needed to, would not hesitate to go back here.
