"Extremely happy with service received thank you"

I had surgery last week @ bmi highfield hospital and I was extremely happy with the service ..infact from driving into the grounds to driving out the service was first class, the staff were amazing, I was made to feel completely at easy ..not nervous about the impending surgery, the hospital was clean, bright, welcoming and one thing I truly appreciated was ...no long corridors to trail down!, (a great help when youve come for knee surgery!!) I was able to see my car from the window of my room which was also reassuring!

All staff were friendly, warm and professional. ..I felt completely "looked after", thank you everyone x
