I used the 111 services quite regularly, for all sorts of calls. I think it’s the best service in the NHS. Is so excellent, with great advice and the ability to speak to good staff.
I think the people I have spoken to are kind, very polite and most importantly helpful. I think it’s also a great service to speak to a doctor.
