At the beginning I felt like I couldn't cope and everything was hard. I know from having all the experience of learning new and different way I'm now a confident happy relaxed parent. thanks to the incredible years course.

Im so pleased to read that you feel much more confident and relaxed about parenting since completing the Incredible Years parenting programme. It is an excellent course which provides lots of strategies to cope with the everyday demands of parenting.
