I would just like to take this opportunity to thank all staff for all their help in getting me well from the pain and stress and heartache I've had all these years.
My counselling sessions over all these months have taken a lot of stress, heartache and suffering I have kept inside for all these years.
It's a great relief to know now that it is finally off my chest and I can move on with my life.
Thank you all so much, and I recommend anyone who has the same problem as myself to go and get some help.
