Every person I came into cantact with at Northern General Hospital were so kind and caring, and they explained every step of the way to my operation for carpal tunnel syndrome. I realise that it cannot be helped, but I found the long time to wait was very tedious.
That is all i can say about my operation, except to say that the staff - whether nurses or office workers - seem to work very hard and yet they greeted me with kindness and courtesy.
