(as a service user),

I've had both my children at ROH and the service I recived on both occasions was fantastic which went along way to making me feel calm & confident through labour & delivery.

The only feedback point I would give is that I arrived at hospital with my second pregnancy fully dilated and there wasnt a midwife available as it was a VBAC delivery I didn't know what to do or expect. However once the midwife did arrived she was absolutely brilliant & made the delivery quick & successful.
