(as a service user),

I recently attended the Day Surgery Unit at the New Victoria Hospital, Glasgow for a procedure. I can not praise the staff highly enough for the excellent standard of care received - all nursing and medical staff were so attentive, respectful and friendly. I left feeling so proud of our NHS. Thank you so much to everyone and keep up the fantastic work you do! !
