"Visit to Clinic D"

I was pleasantly surprised during my visit to the gastroenterology clinic on Friday and was impressed at the kindness. The doctor was efficient and fully explained everything as they went along. Following the consultation I was spoken to by a nurse who explained in detail, the preparation for a colonoscopy which I am due to have.

The only problem was the lack of parking. I think it might be worth mentioning on appointment letters that there is limited parking only. I had waited a while in the car park for someone to move and was close to missing my appointment slot so

I drove up the road and found the station car park. I don't know the area but if it had been mentioned on the letter that there was alternative parking up the road I would not have waited in the car park and simply driven up to the station car park. Just a thought.
