What I liked
First of all, Not all of the hospital is bad, for example the ward 7a I can say nothing but good things about.
But almost a year ago after my mother died, my dad tried to commit suicide, he was taken through in the A&E and first of all, I kept getting very innacurate information about what was going on with him, some doctors told me he was going to die within hours, some said he's in a comma, and a nurse[!!!] told me he will be fine after long sleep and some medication, turned out the nurse was right, but that's not the point..
I left dad at hospital, he was taken to the CDU, I rang them every couple of hours to make sure he's alright and they're taking care of him well, I had no complaints. but then, in the morning when I rang, found out everything was okay, put the phone down, few minutes later I got a call back saying that My father had gone missing, I was not only furious with the hospital staff, but also really scared as a man that's just tried to commit suicide could just walk out the hospital and try and do it again, thankfully he got home safe, nurses from our local surgery came to take out all the needles and stuff he had in.
What could be improved
Taking special care of people that need it! I'm not saying not treating people equally, because I am aware everyone is in equal need at the hospital, but maybe take better care where they place their patients, so no suicidal attemptee can walk out of the hospital whenever he likes.
