"Gynae."

Consultant rushed through our important consultation for reasons unknown, spoke over me many times not allowing me to explain fully / share my concerns, fears, the procedure, decided on drug esmya but failing to tell me the horrific side effects, the consultant just sold the "" it will shrink fibroids & make op easier & we may not need to slice your stomach fully" I hear they are fantastic gynae, but their bedside manner has a lot to be desired.

Do as much research as possible on fib treatment & the drug esmya, be assertive & you have every right to ask for another gynae if not comfortable with that one.
