"Appointment cancelled without informing me"

About: Kingston Hospital / Ophthalmology

Arrived today for my appointment to be told it had been cancelled.i had no notification this had been done the receptionist was very un helpful and did not apologise for not being notified .on leaving the hospital I rang appointments to find out why I was not told as I thought perhaps a letter had gone missing only to be they were aware I had not been informed .this is not showing any respect to patients it seems ok to waste my time but if didn't turn up for an appointment I would be taken off the list.I have another appointment next week but I have no trust in there appointment service so I will have to wait and see if I do get seen .
