What I liked

I had to have an ECG and blood test. It was suggested I do both whilst at the hospital. Expecting to be there all morning I was very pleasantly surprised to have both tests carried out in 45 mins, especially as the waiting guide given for a blood test was 45 minutes! I was seen within 25 mins. Blood was taken by a very careful and quick member of staff. Well Done. Speed and delicacy very much appreciated. Thank you.
