"Can't contact the Respiratory Medicine clinic"

About: Northern General Hospital / Cardiology

I've been trying unsuccessfully to contact the RM clinic directly over the phone but just get answering machine day after day, no matter what time I ring. This is very frustrating, especially given the superb service I've invariably had with every other clinic I've dealt with.

I appreciate that the clinics are very busy, but why isn't there someone ever available, even if this is only to take a message and ring me back when they are free to do so?

I'm not able to locate an e-mail address for the clinic either!
