Recently visited the unit for a Colonoscopy and was terrified! Can't praise the nurses and Doctors there, enough.They reassured me and made me feel like I mattered.The whole procedure was painless and the Consultant had a great bedside manner.So often, when you meet the Consultants they are aloof, but they were smiling and chatty and made me feel like a human being! Great Job everyone you,made the experience so so much better.Thank you!
