What I liked
Free parking and usually seen fairly close to my given appointment time. Consultant/doctors and nurses really friendly.
What could be improved
Why does it take four weeks to transcribe the doctors dictated findings (which is what I was told when phoning to see whether a referral letter had been sent). Of course the letter hadn't been sent because they hadn't even at that point type up the doctors findings. We could of been four weeks nearer the next stage of treatment if administration was improved.
