I am a retired Govt Servant. I am in my 80s. I have been seen by Dr Orleans-Foli and other doctors at Charing x Hospital and at the Memory Clinic, St Vincent House, Hammersmith.
These few years back I was struck by depression, loneliness, anxiety, forgetfulness and unhappiness when my dearest and nearest wife passed away after 50 years of marriage. I was completely lifeless. I was referred by my doctor to Charing X Hospital. There I had various types of memory tests and afterwards I was referred under the care of Dr Orleans-Foli. I shall always remember all the doctors involved in my case for their kindness and valuable advice. At last I take this opportunity to thank Dr Orleans-Foli from the bottom of my heart for his care, advice and encouragement to lead a good healthy life.
Now, I have been discharged by him.
