We are delighted that overall you are happy with life in the Care Home.

We have looked at the location of the call alarms in the lounges and have ensured they are easier to use. Staff are always available should you require assistance at any time.

Care plans are reviewed monthly and we would be delighted to discuss in more detail your future plans at this time or any convenient time of your choosing.
