Well I have seen it all, a doctor who I feel plays god with peoples lives/feelings. My partner was referred by our GP because of how their migraines have changed in a dramatic way, if you suffer from migraines you should possibly have some sort of empathy with anyone who suffers from this horrible debilitating illness, how it can control not just your own life but also immediate family. I witnessed how this doctor totally dismissed what an Optician with all their digital equipment and optical scanning facilities they have at their disposal, their professional opinion and also information from the GP who has seen changes in their patient.
The doctor came up with the opinion that everyone else was wrong and came across like they had better things to do other than to help someone. Just take this and try this and come back in three months.
On collecting this drug that could be only collected at Salford Royal was met with a wide open mouth by a pharmacists after we told her how the doctor told us how and when to take the drug.
Stand your ground tell them how you feel, you are meant to come away not like you have wasted someone's time.
"No empathy"
