"Still Waiting.."

Was see May/June at A&E on recommendation of my local pharmacist, as I had ear pain, tingling and swollen face on one side. I was still recovering from cancer which was a concern in case there has been any spread through the lymphatic system to my neck. Spent all day in A&E but to be fair that is what you would expect.

Staff were friendly, attentive etc. Saw nice doctor eventually who spent time assessing my problem. It was diagnosed that the most likely scenario was that I had a salivary gland stone and I was told I would be referred to ENT and due to my recent health issues I would be seen within a week.

It is now August and I am still waiting for a communication from ENT regarding an initial appointment. This is poor in consideration of the fact that the swelling could have been related to my cancer. Poor show ENT!
