"Rearranging an ultrasound appointment"

I rang to rearrange an appointment for an ultrasound on Thursday 27th July, the first time I attempted to ring someone picked up the phone continued to have a conversation with a colleague and then put the phone down. When I rang straight back I was greeted with an unwelcome response and the receptionist was rude to me through out the process of me trying to change the appointment.
