(as a service user),

My 1st experience was in 2016 + I found it v. helpful then but did not exceed any expectations (of being totally cured or anything but it did help a lot at the time). This time it did fall a bit short of expectations: - my prev. counselling was not asked about or built upon + the mindfulness I was 'taught' was already in my arsenal. I think I need something a lot more detailed/in depth for more complex issues, I was discouraged from even talking about them.
