Does anyone answer the phones or is just on answer phone all the time? two full days now I have been trying on the 03033 309750 number and it sounds like someone answers then clicks to the answer phone

My son is in need of seeing someone first of all I had to get my dentist to call and chase a letter for an appointment and she was told well someone left so nothing had been done about my son's letter now I can get in touch with anyone my 7 year old is urgent need of seeing someone

I am sorry to hear you are having problems getting through on the telephone. I have just tried the number and got through to answer machine with a list of the different clinic locations. I selected one of them and got transferred to the clinic. To allow me to investigate fully, please can you contact me on the email address below and tell me which clinic you were trying to contact, once I know this information I can look into this in more detail. If you could also give me a contact number, I will ask one of the team to call and arrange an appointment for your son.
