"Dermatology"

My husband and I attended the hospital this morning. Our appointment was 9.00am but were advised to get to the hospital for 8.00am which was fine. We decided to sit and have a coffee as we were early but I could not believe how filthy the cafeteria was. The floor was filthy and so were the tables and chairs.

My husband needed to use the toilet and he said that was filthy too. We left to walk to dermatology and the stairs certainly had not been swept or cleaned for days, they were filthy.

This was first thing in the morning, the start of the day!!

Surely cleanliness should be a priority in a hospital with so many sick people using the facilities.

On the plus side, when we reach dematology the service was first class. My husband was seen on time, the doctor and nursing staff were lovely, could not wish for better - but please do something about the cleanliness.
