About: Moorfield Primary Care Centre

(as the patient),

I was treated at Moorfield Primary Care Centre in July.

The support staff are excellent. I was given a cancellation on my first phone call. I received a phone call to ensure that I was attending the appointment. I received a letter confirming the appointment on the morning I was due to attend.

Excellent service, perhaps they could share that quality with other departments of the NHS.
