i am absolutely disgusted with the mental health team and the way they treated me i rang them up to ask for information and they had no record of me but i got told i had a mental health condition but i had no support and i was told i cannot have help and i hadn't received a detailed reason why and i was shocked and let down and i am scared to even ask for help now.
