"I am not happy"

(as the patient),

Getting hung up on whilst trying to organise fertility blood tests for the third month in a row that has to be done at a set time- I feel it is disgusting!

I am not happy that ultimately on the third month of trying to get in to have my bloods taken as requested the person at the end of the phone when I asked if there were any walk in options because its not something I am able to predict timing wise that far in advance.

They told me to go to canterbury which I personally dont feel the most viable solution living in thanet with no car and then getting hung up on! Nothing like a caring member of staff to make you feel at ease during a process that is ultimately upsetting in the first instance!
