The receptionist Stephanie has fabulous customer service skills.

I have had occasion to attend on a few occasions and each time I felt valued and Stephanie is very helpful. Well done Stephanie

Thank you for your kind words regarding Stephanie.

As Senior Charge Nurse of the department I agree that she does a fabulous job and does her best to welcome patients to the department.I will make sure she see's your comments.
