Attended a pre-operative assessment and was made to feel very relaxed by the Catie the Nurse who explained every step of the way in a clear and understandable manner. She was extremely thorough and was able to answer any questions I had without hesitation. Her professionalism and humanity was second to none - in all of the years I have met with clinical staff, Catie far outshone them all. I now feel so positive about the procedure thanks to Catie.
