This was a follow up visit for the results following a facial biopsy.
From arriving at the building through to the meeting with the meeting with the consultant I never felt intimidated, indeed the reverse was true. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Although nobody really enjoys attending hospital the ambience certainly makes a visit more comfortable.
