"After care shocking"

Rang with a query about what to do after visiting Fracture clinic was passed on to the nurse practitioner just wanted to know if I could have some crutches to use whilst wearing a moon boot to help get around the house. What a rude person didn't listen to what I said looked at X-rays again and said Carlisle had xrayed my leg and the break was in my foot, It was a week later so they couldn't help contact Carlisle fracture clinic as they are dealing with it. Felt really upset after phone call is my foot broken or not. Have I been walking around on foot in moon boot when I shouldn't have. I'm not a nurse or doctors so how am I supposed to know these things!!! What does it matter it's only a 40 mile round trip to Carlisle hospital and back!! Need to work on your people skills love.
