"Excellent patient care in ambulatory care dept"

About: Manor Hospital / Accident and emergency

I visited Walsall Manor A&E and was seen by triage nurse in 45 minutes and then transfered to the ambulatory dept. From start to end the care of received from nurses to doctors was excellent. I was offered food and water, support to walk and was kept fully informed about my treatment, evetype staff member was caring, professional and friendly. I would especially like to thank the nurse for their attentiveness as I was alone and they took such good care of me. You are all a credit to the NHS, thank you so much.
