"Nervous patient"

Visiting the clinic today I was unbelievably nervous,however,everyone involved with me,put me at ease as soon as I went into the Dermatologist Department,the receptionist was very polite,,,,but most of all, the Dermatologist,was excellent, they really put my mind at ease, their manner was very professional and spoke to me and my Husband,in terms we both understood, I was frightened to attend this appointment,But after this experience,,I would urge all my family and friends,not to hesitate,go to your appointment,what a reassuring visit I can't thank you All enough,x
