"Hip operation: Superb all round"

My experience with consultant Mr. Heaton was absolutely marvellous from the very first consultation. A very reassuring man explaining everything & letting me choose to let him know when I felt the pain was to bad to carry on. The first operation was cancelled but that was because of no bed, then one month later I was operated on. The service I received in Pilgrim was brilliant, I have to point out that I received better treatment from absolutely everyone involved than when I have had private treatment! My follow up appointment was at Holbeach hospital which is very near, that means no queuing to get into Boston, no car parking in a pot holed car park, no fees, no waiting to see the consultant and home in less time than it takes me to even get to Boston. A top class surgeon who I most definitely would recommend. Superb all round & thankyou to all involved.
