brilliant staff n nurses

awful waiting time

worst thing is - saw dr and asked when follow up appointment was gonna be. told it would be a letter. phoned a week later to see why letter not arrived and waz told my appointment was yesterday! a missed appointment for the hospital - making me look bad and costing them time n money.

worse still I am stuck in a plaster cast and was told the next appointment is start of august!

if I am due to be seen yesterday and have to wait another 3 weeks through no fault of mine.
