"They should set up a anti bullying scheme"

About: Rampton Hospital

(as a volunteer/advocate),

Care plans, yes the nurse sits with me and asks questions and how it is going to work.

My nurse listens to me, takes everting into account. Sad but I have felt bullied by patients, they try to bring me down, they talk down to me. They should set up a anti bullying scheme. I like activities and social nights at Southwell centre, snooker pool pin ball machine and table tennis

HI,

Thank you for your suggestions and feedback about the LD service. I'm glad you have suggested that we should set up an anti-bullying scheme as the service agrees with you and we are planning training days so staff can support patients in this area to help you live together in this environment.

The dates are set up for the training in September so it would be good to hear your feedback after the event. In the meantime if you do feel you are being bullied please talk to you ward manager or any other the staff you feel comfortable with so we can manage and support you through this and prevent you feeling bullied in the future.
