"Hoping they can help me"

Had my first visit here in a long time 2 days ago, see a dr who seemed lovely, I suggested changing my medication and the dr changed it, will probably be waiting a long time to see a psychologist, am doing everything possible that I can do to overcome my anxiety and in particular health anxiety, the dr did say at the beginning of the meeting that changing my meds prob wouldn't help as it's changing the way I think that needs to be addressed.. I told the dr I felt there's an imbalance n my health issues r separate, and the dr listened... I'm hoping they can help me better than the crisis team as half the time I didn't hear from them n I was supposed to be monitored but really wasn't
