After a previously negative experience with an internal procedure, Mrs Arya put a very nervous 87 year old at ease with her kind, caring and respectful bedside manner. My mother hopes Mrs Arya will be carrying out all future procedures for her. We just wanted to ensure Mrs Arya got some recognition for her excellent care.
