About: Princess Of Wales Hospital

(as a service user),

I have glaucoma and receive good attention when I visit ophthalmology but, although I should have 6 monthly visits, I have not been seen for over two years. This is completely inadequate and suggests that the system is breaking down completely.

Firstly thank you for providing your feedback regarding the care you have received at the Ophthalmology Department at the Princess of Wales Hospital. I am pleased to note that you have had a positive experience to date.

I would very much like to pursue the fact that you have not received an appointment with the Ophthalmology Department at the Princess of Wales Hospital in recent months.
