I had to wait from October until July to see a consultant or anyone at the hospital.
My appointment was cancelled three times, once when the hospital had the Cyber attack. I think cancelling so many times and having to wait so long, makes you feel undervalued.
Once I saw the consultant he was excellent and I am having many tests, but this should have happened months ago.
Once I was told the appointment was cancelled only after I visited the hospital. When I complained and tried to speed up my appontment I was given endless numbers and got nowhere.
