I came to the clinic from Belfast, after a very long over night boat journey I arrived before the clinic was open but was very kindly asked to come in and rest. Through out my appointment the staff were very friendly, helpful and took my needs into consideration. My boat wasn't until 10.30pm that evening and they very kindly let me stay at the clinic until they closed as I had no where else to go. Only thing I can say is that I felt very rushed after the procedure, I was very emotional and wasn't ready to leave. Apart from that I am extremely pleased woth their service and thank them for their kindness.
