(as a relative),

I accompanied my daughter to an ophthalmic appointment. She was initially seen by an Orthoptist called Ms Joshi, who was outstanding. Time was taken to explain the tests that were to be performed and what was causing her current symptoms. This is NHS care at its best. Ms Joshi is an excellent clinician who is an asset to the ophthalmic service. Thank you for making a difficult day bearable.

It is very pleasing to hear how well she was looked after by our staff and that time was taken to explain everything to her.
